About the Author

Jo Thomas has more than 15 years' experience as Head of History at three leading IB schools: Munich International School, United World College of South East Asia (Singapore) and the British School of Brussels, where she is currently Head of History and Politics. As well as her active IB teaching experience, Jo is also an IB examiner for History and an IB workshop leader. Keely Rogers has taught the IB Diploma History program for over 12 years. She is a former faculty member for History on the Online Curriculum Centre, an experienced IB History workshop leader, a senior IB examiner in two papers and a member of the recent History curriculum review team. She taught in South East Asia for five years, and is currently teaching in Surrey, UK.
